What style of Hatha Yoga do I find at Yoga with Martina?
My “style” is mostly influenced by Kim Schwartz who follows B.K.S. Iyengar’s approach. It is breath centered hatha yoga. Of great importance is the proper alignment of the body with the help of props. Mindful movement and awareness are essential in my approach.
I also allow other influences to flow in as I find them appropriate for the teaching.
