Classes
All classes are geared toward your comfort. It is very important to me that the yoga and meditation teachings meet your level of ability.
- Small class sizes allow for individual attention.
- Well equipped room offers comfort and accessibility of the different yoga poses.
- Variety of props, such as mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and chairs.
- All you need is some comfortable clothes to wear.
Beginner Classes
- In yoga for beginners I guide you through an array of basic yoga poses. Together we’ll explore breathing, moving, and relaxing.
- The classes are designed to meet your level of ability in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
- There is no need to be fit or flexible to start yoga! Careful step by step instructions let you connect to your body, your breath, your mind.
Gentle Classes
This class is suited for beginning and continuing students. Similar to beginning yoga I guide you through yoga poses and breathing. In this class we put greater emphasis on chair and floor poses. Leave this class refreshed & peaceful in body and mind!
Continuing Classes
For the more practiced students I offer explorations that build on the foundation of the beginning classes. This allows for a deeper expression of the poses and a more subtle yoga experience. In this class we also explore the breath in more detail.

Meditation Classes
If you are new to meditation or experienced this class offers you guided meditation, breathing techniques, methods of self-inquiry. Find tranquility and joy within ~ focus and still the mind.

Private Yoga Instruction
In the private instruction I can more effectively work with your individual interests and needs. Depending on what you are looking for the private instruction may include yoga postures, breathing practices, instruction on meditation, affirmation practice. The session is tailored toward your wishes. $48.00 per session of 75 minutes.
